Glad you found us. Were the directions OK? My name is Dan Palladino and I'll be your humble host during your stay.
The mission here at Riddleworks is to provide a home for a wide variety of my music. That music may take the form of an electronic/symphonic piece, a Beatles-influenced pop tune or an improvised space-jazz exploration. Let's just call it quirky pop/rock, leaning toward experimental space-jazz, drizzled with a funky blues topping. Damn marketing department! You're all fired!
Anyway, feel free to wander around and make yourself at home. Did I mention that I'm available to work on your project? (Click here for details.) If you need anything, just pull on the silk rope and I'll come running with a cup of hot tea.
New Mung!
We finished mixing "Speechless" last year, but I'm just getting around to posting it now. Nice word play by the lovely Rich Gantner. Click here to listen.
Gig alert: I'll be playing with The Riddlers on Saturday 10/3/09 at O'Donahue's Pub in Nyack, NY. Great food and drink. Hope to see you there. We hit at 10:15 PM.
I'll also be appearing with My Generation, a new Classic Rock/80's cover band on Friday 10/16/09 at Mike Kirwin's in Dunellen, NJ. Fun band!

Happy New Year!
Here's wishing you and yours health and happiness in 2009. Remember that when things look bleak, music can help you feel better. Crank it!
New on the Riddleworks Player, "Plant A Seed". This was written specifically for a short film by Evan Austin Rosenberg. It stars none other than Richie "LaBamba" Rosenberg, arranger-extraordinaire and trombonist on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien. LaBamba was kind enough to come in as a guest lecturer for my Introduction to Music Business course at County College of Morris, Randolph, NJ. Thanks, Rosenbergs!

YouTube Video.
Tamra Hayden has just released the video for her tune "Eden Will Bloom". You can see my handsome self in the band shots.

New Tune.
I just finished up a new tune. Well, it's really a re-working of an old tune–I wrote "Uniforms" in 1998, but thought it deserved a new treatment. Some acoustic pop/folk for your listening pleasure. Hope you like it.
